CENTRE FOR CLINICAL INTERVENTIONS
This is a great website. It's operated by the Australian government and was a site my own therapist recommended. There are a number of workshop series that you can download and do yourself, at home, in your own time. It includes support for depression, self-compassion, sleep issues, body issues, assertiveness, bipolar, and so many other areas.

NHS PATIENT HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE 9
This questionnaire is usually given by doctors and health professionals to determine if you have symptoms of depression, and to what degree you have them. It is a useful first step in exploring how your mental health is affecting you.

ANDY'S MAN CLUB
